  • Acts of nature
  • Chemical contamination
  • Customer adjustments or interference between service visits

While we make every reasonable effort to maintain healthy aquatic systems, livestock survival cannot be guaranteed.

Equipment & System Failures

We are not liable for:

  • Failure of equipment not supplied or installed by Living Art Aquarium Service, Inc.
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Electrical issues within the property
  • Plumbing failures outside of installed components
  • Structural issues related to cabinetry, flooring, or walls

Any manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining stable power supply
  • Notifying us immediately of tank issues
  • Avoiding unauthorized chemical treatments or adjustments
  • Following care instructions provided

Failure to follow recommended guidelines may void any service-related assurances.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Living Art Aquarium Service, Inc. shall not be liable for:

Reef systems especially:

  • Can crash from power outages
  • Can suffer from equipment failure
  • Can decline due to previous maintenance neglect
